Servants of Power Mentorship

Vision Statement

Our Vision:

•To offer under-served and at-risk youth a program called “Servants of Power Mentorship Program.”

•To make disciples through practical applications of God’s Word.

•To accomplish this we adopt and exhibit the “Life, Message and Habits” of Jesus Christ.

Our Goals:

•Our highest goal is to make disciples and to love one another as God has loved us (John 13:34-35), and to fulfill “The Great Commission” as described in Matthew 28:16-20. By carrying out these commands, we are proving and securing that we are indeed Christ’s disciples.

•To create and promote an environment of love, acceptance, and confidence to each person who seeks mentorship without respect to gender, race, color, non-Christ centered religious or ethnic backgrounds.

•To aid in the development of character and the spirituality of those who are called by God to serve in ministry. Our goal is to make disciples and help them to make full proof of their ministry and reproduce themselves in others (II Timothy 4:5).

•To encourage one another while being doers and not, just hearers of the Word of God (James 1:22).

•To offer a wealth of experience and resources, knowledge and accountability for one another as we make disciples and develop youth and young adults for ministry.

Our Objectives:

•To reproduce and develop powerful Christians, young men and women of character, integrity and God’s love.

•To be an answer and a solution to troubled and at-risk youth by offering training classes in Music Technology, Basic Computer Training, Music Transcription, Sacred Dance, Ministry Training, Spiritual and Character Development.

•FMM’s commitment is primarily to the Eastern Section of Birmingham and beyond. It is our sincere desire and goal to equip all believers to do the work of the ministry, to perfect the saints, perpetuate unity, and love in the Body of Christ. (Eph. 4:12-13)
